I have a feeling the powers that be will further short this down to better levels to accumulate. Management has a good track record, so it wouldn't surprise me big money would want in cheap.

I don't think so. The big players loaded a 2 dollars or 2 cents before the roll back. They have a hold of 4 months so they will most likely move the price up to unload the issue. EV value way low here.
