Sabre Gold Mines Corp. is a Canada-based gold producer in North America. The principal business activities of the Company are focused on exploring and developing the Copperstone Mine (Copperstone) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RE:Oversubscribed Don't say I didn't suggest that this would happen, however I did not think that the loan would be expanded in the LOI.  Of course, this makes sense due to the hold up on the permit process which cost the company more money.  Prelinminary engineering work and costing of the project is probably completed or close to getting done..  This will probably be disclosed at the conference.  In addition they do have a possibility of getting a better financing deal from someone else.  I also feel that there is an extremely good chance of hitting paydirt in the expansion drilling.  All in all things look very good at this juncture and we are in the last leg of the pre production program.  Remember, that the PDAC meeting is a great place to get financing.  We will probably see an update of the company Presentation after  the conference.  

Please rely on your own due-dilligence before deciding to invest.  These are my own thoughts regarding the companyl.  This message board in a great place to share information from participants interested in the company designated.  I look forward to any one elses opinions relating to this company and it's prospects.
