The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

When Kerr bought the money pit off Bonanza, they has 735,000,000 shares & did a 1-15. Same O'l Same crud. Sure have had alot of money thrown at this & the only one making any money are the weekly paychecks being written.
