Management

In July  2019 shares were .20.....In April 2021 they were .11....Today they are ,05....When they do their 1 for 10 share contracton   GB will say look the price is now .50....GB salary is $700,000 per....plus options...

If management cares about shareholders,they would announce  the date when  they will start miinng, so when and if there is a contraction,the share price would go up a few cents..e.g  rather than gettings new shares at ,50 a few cents rise would get us 80 or ninety cents per share,,,I have littlefaith in them. but I am willing to be proven wrong

Management doesn't give 2 cr*ps about shareholders, only their own little group. As long as a 17,000 weekly paycheck keeps coming in, things are fine.

How can they announce a date like that. I don't think they know. GPY was always announcing dates none of which they ever met.  Not sure about the history with Copperstone. Have they accounced a detailed schedule.  Typically a reverse split will only be of benefit to a company already on an upward trajectory -  in which case why do it unless it really is to attract ...more
