Thanks for asking my opinion Benji :)

I could really see moving the mill (not the mine) and getting started a little slower than hoped. But a year quicker could make up for that. 

If the financial situation was not so dire I could see that being considered. 

but they need to sell pointe rousse. And the mill makes it so much milder attractive to a tiny company trying to get into production. 


what makes the property so valuable to one of the bigger companies is the deep water port. The big companies are stuck in the middle of mainland nfld. The west coast has a crazy amount of environmental hurdles to jump. So it is extremely easy for a company with a billion dollar market cap. 


the main reason is financials. They would get less for pointe rousse and they need the money. And it would cost them a million dollars to move which they don't have right now. That is just my opinion.
