RE:Where's the $Money$?

RE:Where's the $Money$?160 k...

" I made it clear that all of the recent metrics for this proposed mining development are based on a ridiculously low gold price of $1600.00/oz./USD."

-------------

It sounds like this Wealth Manager knows nothing about SGNL.

The price of gold was lower when the did they did the PEA.  When investing hundreds of millions of dollars to build a mine, one has to take into account that nobody knows what the price of gold will be over the next 15 years.  If you do, I suggest you buy options on gold and you will make a fortune.

--------------

"it now appears that there is no way that Signal could not make a huge profit producing gold from either the 2 proposed pits and/or a third near Dolliver Mtn., especially when you factor-in the very low Canadian Dollar and the approximate exchange rate of over $1.35/oz.  Signal should be profitable almost immediately and likely will have repaid its lender(s) etc., in much less than 3 years.  This project is a win-win-win!"

---------------------

How much do you think it is going to cost to build this mine and get it up and running? Are you going by the last PEA?  Because if you are, you might consider the 30% increase in wage costs, the increase in the price of steel, fuel, equipment, etc etc.

If it is in fact a win-win-win.... then surely someone will help take some of the burden off the company with respect to the nebari loan facility immediately.  At todays price, they would have to issue another 50 million shares a year just to pay the interest... without touching the principal.

--------------------

"The question posed to me by this individual was one that I have asked myself dozens of times, namely:  "why aren't potential lenders throwing tons of money at Signal even though the stock price is (naturally) depressed (and as we agreed was irrelevant given the above metrics)?"

------------------------

That's a great question.  Why are they not?  In the presentation from Germany last April or so, the company stated they had confidentiality agreements with I think 46 potential lenders to try and raise money.  Not one of them loaned them money.  How come?

As for naturally depressed, the company is financially a bit, let's call it, on a short runway.

============

"Mr. Rob McEwan (McEwan Mining), says that there has not been a better time for small-cap mining companies, in the last 50 years, than today.  He emphasizes that such companies have absolutely nowhere to go but UP!...and recommends long-term investment in a basket of these stocks."

-------------------

I invested in Mr. McEwan decades ago, and thankfully did well.   This is not a small cap mining company.  This is a microcap exploration company.

I'm not suggesting that SGNL could not go much higher.

-----------------

"This Manager was very impressed with the fact that Signal has essentially received all approvals and/or permits and is geographically very well-positioned and has insulated and protected itself very smartly by acquiring the land positions all-around the principal Goldboro gold deposit."

------------------------

They have essentially received all approvals and/or permits?   You might be missing a few things there.

As for smartly acquiring all the land positions around them?  What did that cost them?  About $5000?  If they are so valuable how come no one else gobbled them up?

I love talking to you 160 k.  And I truly mean best of luck.  But if that is all the feedback you got from your wealth manager and no talk of risk,  you might want to find another advisor.  It sounds like you were told exactly what you wanted to hear.  Again.  :)
