RE:BMO analyst updateI hope that this is not the complete report as it does not indicate the cap rate that was used to arrive at NAV/u. Without the assumed cap rate the report is virtually useless with respect to establishing a target price. We do know that the large purchase in ‘20 was at a disclosed 8.7% cap rate which was much higher than the Dec. 31/20 rate. Where is the fair value gain in the report?
