RE:Time for Sgy to merge or be bought out.Seriously? Why would you accelerate production in a depressed energy market? I'd rather they develop at a slow and steady pace until oil recovers into the $60s or $70s. That is where we will see the leverage really take place. Now, with that being said, if they would drop their divy and use it to drill but not complete some wells to take advantage of low service costs... I would be fully for that as it would alow them to bring prodction on quicker when prices are higher + would increase the economics of those wells (assuming the price recovery doesn't take too long...)... my play on this would be to establish a long term contract with a service company where we commit to drilling x-wells now, in order to secure a fixed cost for wells being drilled over the next 3-5 years.
