This is one of the very few no brainers in the market.  You just buy this when it tanks and wait for the recovery.  It will run all the way to $20 somehwere in 3-5 years.  Watch and see.  Ontario has a massive LTC bed problem.   The rest of the country is not far behind.

I'm in BC and worked in LTC for several years.. wait list here is 2+ years. I 100% agree with you. With the demand for beds, both private and government funded, increasing tenfold over the next 3-5 years, it will give SIA a huge opportunity to grow both organically and through acquisition. I would also say that they would be a great acquisition target for one of the huge US Healthcare
