Yes FM need new mine, it was clear, after Jerrit Canyon mine closure, I own both FM and SIL, and had shares of Silvercrest previous company that was sold to FM, I can say that Santa Elena is still great mine that has developed even more under FM, and that it was sold to FM too cheap....
