"Perhaps, the biggest red flag is that Barrick has a 51% option, which will reduce their upside potential -- if Barrick takes the option. Barrick has until December 2020 to acquire the 51% option. They will have to pay Skeena 3x their costs to date, which will be around $75 million." This is not accurate. Barrick can't exercise their option until SKE does there's on the property.  SKE has to be YE20, so that's when Barrick could exercise their back-in right at 3x, which would be around $200m.
