I agree completely and have witnessed the exact same thing. A perfect example is silver producer Primero with 2 x PR's that in normal times would have dazzled investors but the stock was crushed along with the rest of the PM marketplace. As per my BB post yesterday timing for a PR from SLX during the 2nd week in February looks like it would sync with the uplift of silver price February futures deadline looms.

I believe we will see $32/oz before the end of February.........
