With an ev/ebitda of just over 2, 200 mil in cash and shares, and a p/2 of 6 while othesr have 20 average,its a no brainer. Once it breaks 1.00 which should be next week, it will rerate quickly. On the shares outstanding issue, dont forget 70% of float is Severstal,so only 30% real float or 250 mil shares.
