Dear Mr Henry

Dear Mr HenrySome of us are alert to your strategy(ies) to acquire properties without paying up.

We witness in particular, BHP's moves to acquire 55% of Noront. In this case of a series of properties in very early development with no infrastructure, it appears you plan to influence the market price of 45% of the shares over time.

Within rules, this appears to be BHP's modus operandi.

IN THE CASE OF SOLGOLD.....

It appears BHP wants to move in on........

SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDERS

(and expropriate their rights)

WITHOUT

Paying for increasing BHP's ownership.

Now Mr Henry...

In the real estate world,

THIS IS KNOWN AS SQUATTING !!!!!

It won't be allowed Mr Henry.

SolGold has just been put through the public wringer with YEARS OF BAD BEHAVIOR BY SOLGOLD's former freebooting CEO.

We' had enough.

Straighten up

GO GET SOME MORAL FIBRE!!
