I wonder why

They   never  sold  the   Flin  Flon   Walmart   property    to  SmartCentre  REIT   as   it   is   a substantial   owner   of    Walmart   properties   ?   Perhaps   they  don.t   want properties   in   back water locations   with  declining   population  ?

Flin   Flon    population   5000   straddles   Sask.  and  Manitoba   border.
