So again I ask ....

.... why has there not been a class action lawsuit launched against these crooks ... meaning SLAM and the Welch Brothers? If such action can be taken against the big league members like TD, I see no reason to exclude the small-time chicken thieve con artists like those in charge of Slate Office REIT!

Keep   in   mind    SOT   money   would  be used to  defend  any lawsuit   and  additionally  SOT   could   be responsible  for   any   wrong  doing  by   their  officers  and directors   if   that is the case ?
