Institutional Ownership

Institutional OwnershipJust did a quick Yahoo review on insittutional ownership..not surprising i guess given the unitholder/analyst alienation going on in this one...

H&R 27%
RioCan 34%
Dream Office 35%
Artis 18%
Slate Retail 23%
Cominar 35%
Slate Office...oh oh..someone wet the bed 1.9%...wowser..only bright spot is guess you can hardly do much worse

C'mon board/mgmt...it's not working..an embarassment...start taking some action that shows you are responsive to unitholders desire for AFFO and Occupancy growth alongside reasonable debt and sustainable dividend....fastest way to address FFO growth and normalize equity cost is go hard on the NCIB and drive the share price/reduce yield to the 6-7% appropriate for the class..can't do it without investor support of your strategy.
