https://commercialrealestatepodcast.com/blair-welch-slate/

note : barely speaks about the topportunity to buy slate office at a discount
Value investors .....rather invest in mortgage debt opportunities fund at 5% yield ........then increase ownership collect 11% yield on slate office.....seeking opportunities there is one right here for them buy a share price at 45% NAV they claim to legit ....this is my concern why are they not buying shares in significant amounts ? If I can have this question answered .. CFO CEO don't buy single share ( since they took over in June 2020j one can only assume there are issues ....all other REITS small or large have seem upper management make large buys  last 6 months along with NCIB....dream,Melcor,allied,btb etc

email slate today and ask them why

Wow.  You say you own no shares, but for some reason you post regularly, are very interested and are watching the company's actions.  It's apparent that there's an underlying personal agenda here.  Good luck with it.  Enjoy your anger!  Ignore time for me...
