Looking forward to hearing fro. Armoyan on how he "changed course" from "clean the slate" to "b&$& over and smile with the slate"

Armoyan have any additional agreements ie is he getting any of the fees slate generate ? All non arms length transactions must be reported so I will examine the MDA on May 2

I'm not sure that he has an obligation to disclose everything (if they have structured it properly). For example if he is receiving a consulting fee from SLAM rather than from SOT.UN directly, it might not need to be disclosed to the SOT.UN shareholders.
