Market ClarityWith this transaction, I think what is becoming clear, which was pretty clear to many of us at the get-go, is that this thing was punished because of they had "retail" in their name, the assets have a lot of downside protection, these guys will pay the distribution, and have liquidity to do transactions.
Maybe they should change their name to Slate Grocery Reit. Boom, up to a 3% yield.
