RE:RE:RE:Sofa

RE:RE:RE:SofaSRV has been one of my best gainers and dividend winners. Earning over 20% on the distributions with a healthy 2-3x cap gain, It fluctuates but as discussed often here, this is tightly held and most are in for the monthly distributions.

From your list, I also own DIV, SIA and BK. I am bullish on the banks. They have taken a beating since rates increased. While I don't expect rates to go anywhere near historical lows again, any cuts will be tailwinds for the sector revival.

Never fight the FED. And in Canada, never bet against the banks.

I am not selling anything. I own about  19-20 dividend stocks and SRV.UN is one of them. Some I bought during the pandemic like SRV.UN some later and some recently. Since I have retired a year ago I need additional income to my pension. I still have 2200 shares collecting  $ 209 monthly. As of now still up 44% , down about $7000 since all time highs in mean in past 3 years collected about $ 7500 in dividends. On any pullback thinking to buy some Canadian bank or Telus.

I own: AD.UN  , DIV  , DBM , EIF , FCD.UN KEY ,
PLZ.UN , C , MKP , PPL , SPG , ARE, BIP.UN , CPX
SRV.UN , SRU.UN , SIA , BK , MAIN,
