re call to IRI spoke with Doug Coupe from ir yesterday. there certainly was no sign of distress. he had nothing but good news coming accept that they couldn't raise dividends, kinda like <<quote>> it wouldn't look good. They figure they will have their Divi / cash income ratio down into the 60% level soon. its now in the low 70's. Also they are planning on a share buy back if the share price stays low or gets lower.
