Allies were thrown under the bus, and trade tariff walls came up as it was 'America first, and damn the rest'.
I wonder how Taiwan feels now that the west showed just how deep their committment is to oppose an invasion of a foreign country, by balking on the main deterrent to a Russian invasion of Ukraine.
