RE:RE:Eric Nuttall Does NOT UNDERSTAND Suncor EnergyOne thing I find owning Suncor is someone is always finding some reason to discount it. Resources are not a problem now with the recent deal. Suncor will be producing fat cash flow long into the future. BTW as you mention anywhere you dig for 100's of square k around Fort Mac you hit bitumen. Nuttall was at least luke warm towards Suncor a few months ago - now is a wierd time to change his mind methinks.
I do have faith in the new CEO. So far his moves have been solid. I'm hoping attitudes start to change and investors look at the real world cash flow Suncor generates.
Upcoming earnings will surprise to the positive. Dividend will go up. We will find out how much tax pools Suncor takes on. I won't be surprised if Suncor’s net debt goes down even with the purchase of Fort Hills because they have been preparing for a year.
The one thing that keeps my faith in Suncor is the massive cash flows: especially once oil starts selling at ~$85 or higher. I will take cash over hype any day.
