Road restriction, driving time restriction, location restriction can be implemented easily with just a mouse/keyboard. Penalty on drivers will be just as easy as it's done on social media account. Penaly will include saying bad things about your gov'ts.
Thanks god we live next door to USA, which still has their constitution intact albeit not followed 100%. Also in alberta they have the sovereignty act which can trump the draconian law of phasing out ICE. The smart ones are already emigrating ontario, quebec.
