Is this drop to 93 cents justified ?  just because bonus plan was dropped

The drop happened because the bonus plan was in effect it became effective on August 28th. tonight the company stated that it has been terminated I guess it listened to the sharholders. thanks to that article posted earlier.

Ok so if they listened to the shareholders why is it that shareholders ( are these investors like us ) or are these insiders who had purchased at a special price - why did they sell off today ?

I would guess these were shareholder's who got informed today about this bonus plan it was mentioned on BNN and a web site article  all today. I guess with eveything else happening this just added to the drop.
