RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Spill is a happy manWhat makes you think Big Philly is going anywhere? As far as I can see, even the concerned shareholders want to keep him on the board. He was supposed to not be CEO even before all of this happened so not sure what you see as a big risk here. Phil isn't going anywhere, whether that is good or bad is yet TBD. I personally would like to see Phil in charge of the scientific team and let people with capital market experience run the company from a business perspective where Phil clearly has demonstrated his lack of experience many times over.
Keep in mind that the vast majority of this stock is owned by retailers and clearly several with large positions and history with the company. These aren't just nobodys wanting to run the company. From what I know they asked to be put on the circular as NOMINEES so SHAREHOLDERS could decide if they want to VOTE for them. Current BOD fought tooth and nail to make sure they weren't added to the NOMINEE list and they decided to take any legal action required to get their name on the voting card. If anything, I find the current BOD risky considering they make such poor decisions. Let the shareholders decide.
Vote for whoever you want, but my vote will go towards adding 2 new board members and getting rid of a couple of dead weights. I've personally contacted one of the board memebers numerous times last year and this to only get radio silence. I hope he will use his stiff bristle broom to sweep his options into the dust bin.
I guess you are OK with the current BOD ignoring published timelines, not getting any intitutional interest, no updates on conformal coating, no updates on thyroid, no updates on Hemo and letting the share price fall 50% AND on top of it all, giving themselves a raise and repricing existing options to 90 cents?? Blows my mind.
As for the new nominees, should they get elected, they will need to sift through the current facts and formulate a gameplan on how to move forward. How could anyone give you a detailed action plan without knowing what they are working with?

Bio you disappoint. Instead of some good insights and thoughts you spend time digging up old posts. For what reason? I dont take discredits. Its not like I am stating facts that you have to prove wrong. Im stating the need for reflecting on what the bod manouvers might lead to. Ser and evaluate risks all the time. Nobody mentions the risks involved here. That is weird investor mentality. Sernova without Doctor T, how does that taste? If I own this penny stock or not well I sell and I buy, someone taught me to trade in this stock. Now I own it. Tomorrow maybe not.
