Does anyone see any positive triggers for sp the coming 18 month? Something that can balance the potential pitfalls. Right now the risk vs reward balance is a bit off to say the least. 

AGM wont change a thing, the votes scrambling in forums are a dip in the ocean.

Legacy shareholders leaving? Spill couldnt care less, fresh meat is easier to spin around with same stories. 

Spill is a happy man. Gets to do what he likes while earning a good chunk of money and company stays canadian. Why change this set up? Earning more money or satisfying certail stock owners have never been his goal. He is a happy man. He will leave his couch for sing and dance preformance to attract new money when needed but then sink back in his comfortable coach.

I think you underestimate the amount of shares scrambling  in forums. Just because you have a piddly amount, doesn't mean other do as well. Remember this stock is mostly held by legacy retailers who have been vocal for change for quite some time. Hopefully Phil will have moved out of his parents basement by AGM. We know the kind of new money he attracts and at what cost...

Haha I have sold off in the 1.40s. Own zero. I do think you and others are overeatimating forum thugs. The board alone will have more voting power and they to have more on their side. Nothing will happen at the AGM this year, as usual despite alot of barking here. U wanna take a bet? Im on.

Sure. If Spill gets forced out of his couch, you buy back everything you sold. If spill is still on his couch after AGM, I dump all my shares.  By couch, I mean the CEO position. I want Spill around in the lab, just not running the show.

We will see if agm will change the bod. I think they should have moved public a bit earlier.  Bio you disappoint. Instead of some good insights and thoughts you spend time digging up old posts. For what reason? I dont take discredits. Its not like I am stating facts that you have to prove wrong. Im stating the need for reflecting on what the bod manouvers might lead to. Ser and evaluate

What makes you think Big Philly is going anywhere? As far as I can see, even the concerned shareholders want to keep him on the board. He was supposed to not be CEO even before all of this happened so not sure what you see as a big risk here. Phil isn't going anywhere, whether that is good or bad is yet TBD. I personally would like to see Phil in charge of the scientific team and let people
