So the price is clearly being held at the 1.40 range. Given the conditions of the market and Sernova's history, we should have been back to the Canaccord PP price by now.  The fact we haven't makes me suspicious. Usually this means an upcoming PP but i don't think the management is even dumb enough to do that now. Then again, no one expected the Canaccord "deal" either.

So no one else here finds it unusual that the share price is obviously being held in a range? No concerns that this long awaited deal might dilute our shares? Injection of pharma capital in exchange for Sernova shares @ 1.40ish? Based on the trading, this is what I'm predicting. No such thing as a free lunch.

With share price targets of $3 by year end (which is in 7 months).  Dilution at $1.40 would be absolutely foolish!

They have done foolish things before. You think a company will give them rights to or a cell line for nothing? Vertex bought Semma cells for 1 billion. The way the share price is being held is very suspect. Unless the company is unknown or they aren't looking to acquire cells, it smells fishy to me. Just because the target is 3 doesn't mean it'll happen.

Let's not forget we had a $1 price target for years. Then when we blew right past that target the analyst made sure the price got beat right back down.

Charly: As the principal investigator, P. Witkowski's presence at the podium would be nice - but it's not a sure thing. He's a busy guy. Any one of his twelve co-authors might be presenting. Might be K. Golab for all we know. Apparently all will be revealed as we get closer to the date - but yeah, let's hope so.

My point was that the article you posted before had nothing to do with sernova. They were talking about portal vein injection. You know, the same injection that is rendering sernova patients insulin free as it is rendering all patients insulin free - with or without the device.
