Lawsuit starting soon, just got the application papers...

Lawsuit starting soon, just got the application papers...I just got the papers since I was a shareholder during the specified timeframe.

Does anyone know if I were to sign on,  am I on the hook for lawyers fees?

Or do the lawyers only get paid if they win the case?
