By the time the finacing is closed next Thursday, SZLS may have done 30 to 50,000 tests. That means that over the past 6 weeks they could have revenues of $3 to 5 million. Annualizing those numbers you get to those in the prospectus pretty easily. They should announce some good numbers after the issue is closed and it should move the stock price considerably. I expect to see a new high for the year. Going to be a interesting week.
