RE:Oupss my badHehehe, no worries. I just assumed that you might be one of our American friends, although I'm sure that most Canadians are unaware of that regulation change. In Canada the game is essentially rigged against retail investors/traders, especially for small or micro cap stocks as far as I can tell.
There was at least one petition circulating around in support of reinstating the uptick rule with support from Eric Sprott and others. Not sure where it ended up, but I assume that it got mostly ignored by the regulators.
