RE:Just putting it out there as a discussion.The amount of shares the 4 main guys hold is truely pathetic and a clear sign that this company is going no where. I had more shares than Tripp, Harry, and Garth combined at one point. The only one that it appears to have skin in the game is Rory and in reality that amount is peanuts for him so even he doesnt.
Not a single insider has any faith in this company nor did Matt during his short stay. Their excuse is likely they didnt have time with so much "insider business" and they were in black out to buy anymore these past couple years. We all know the rich always find a way and that excuse would be total BS.
Its all about a paycheck and likely some other taxable benefit for these guys. Being on the stagezero board is just a side gig for them anyway. Its like how the middle class whats left of us and the poor do things but our side gigs are minimum wage jobs that we have to put 20-40 hours a week in. All these guys have to do is show up for a meeting a couple times a year.
I dont know how any investor right now would vote to support any of the people on the board and especially Tripp. Its my opinion Matt realized what was going on pretty early, never bought shares because of it, and started looking for another job within the first month or 2 of being with Stagezero.
