  Why would you be concern for 10 trading days left to this quarter?   Why would SZLS put on SEDAR an early record and vote date set at March 29th if there would be concern about the launch? SZLS didn't set any early record and vote date for the AGM for years!

  Yes and I understand your situation, for almost 5 years the shareprice was trading under the weekly EMA(30)...so for 5 years wasn't the best time to invest.....now the shareprice is trading above a confortable weekly EMA(30) and finaly you have a weekly stage 2, now is not the moment to stress but to enjoy what SZLS as achieved.

When they do announce the launch it will all come down to naming who they have partnered with and the contracts they have signed and how they will get Aristotle to market , without the last three pieces of the puzzle I have mentioned saying they have launched will have little to no effect on the share price .

yep all too familiar with that song and dance...hence my concern. If the vote is moved to March 29 before Q1 ends, could he be trying to secure his position before any anouncement (launch or delay) is made? Also I havent received any documentation to vote....

The 29th is the date of record.  Meaning shareholders who hold stock on March 29 will get the documents from their brokers.  The actual vote and documents you send in in April/early May prior to the May 17 meeting. So in effect if the launch is delayed or the launch is a bust, when we return our documents in April it could be a concern for him. So that is why many are saying he

  your right you can't receive the instructions this month, in April you should receive it as it gives you time to analyse the company information release in order to vote later. That's how my others stock votes worked, you receive the proxy after the record/vote date never before.

Sorry for you if you invested because you believe him even if he had good intention deals can go wrong or are like LOI (letter of intention), not solid until you get the real money contracts. Yep, and if you ask me, calling the vote early is a power move. Why would he call the vote early, put his job on the line immediately after he set a dealine for aristotle launch and Q4 rev reporting. @

With that all said and done, look to a few trading days before March 29th for the launch if he is playing to the vote by way of shareholders buying shares by March 29th. Market dissemination being as it is and a delay of 2-3 trading days after any news for a tsx stock is about average for FOMO. But the serious investors who actually vote and the large investors will already have their percentage
