2 pieces of information out yesterday and no real discussion on them? Coincidentally L2T said he was going away the same day we get this? What could we have to vote on? Another R/S, sale of company what other thoughts are out there? Could we have to vote whether warrants get extended? This is a discussion board where did the boy go, king time holders go, bashers even go?

Hey Bradskie. We have to vote on Jan 23rd. We should start to receive our proxy papers next week. We'll all know wtf is up then. No use speculating on content. IR just replied that they are still setting up the meeting. "We are still setting up the full meeting and instructions will come in due course. Please let me know if you have specific thoughts and needs on this". Peace

I expect we won't see the papers until the end of Jan.  The shareholders of record are those that hold shares at the end of day on Jan 23 so they can't send out papers until after that as shareholders won't be confirmed until Jan 24. Once papers are set out I would assume you have a couple weeks to vote on the special business

Why you think that?  1) They have access to $25 million they dont need a r/s to get the share price up.  2) They just extended warranted why do that if they were going to do a r/s.  3) if they wanted a r/s vote they could have waited until the general meeting in May/June why call a special meeting for Feb.  It still costs money to send out proxy docs and have a vote.

Just trying to make sense of the last two releases.   You don't extend warrants for a year  then announce a reverse split at a special meeting.   You don't RS after securing financing.   My point is, this is poop in a box's MO. They know poop is out and blood is in.   They are trying to achieve
