Don't cheerlead about protests going away. Just last month

Don't cheerlead about protests going away. Just last monththey yapped about the #5 pump station protest ending and a month later they took over the facilty again. What I would like to know is how easily they can defend Brenta field and what will it take for them to increase barge capaibilty to 20,,000 plus barrels a day. THAT IS IF THEY CAN INCREAE IT. IS THEIR ABILTY TO BARGE OUT EVERYTHING CONSTRAINED? IS IT A MATTER OF INVESTING IN BARGES. OR DOES THE FACITLY THEY ARE BARGING THE 240,000 BARRELS  A QUARTER TO NEED ANY MORE OIL?
MANAGEMENT JUST TALKS AOUT THE 240,000 A QUARTER OF SHIPMENTS AVAILABLE. THAT'S LESS THAN 3000 BO'S A DAY. CLEARLY NOT ENOUGH WHEN THE PIPELINE GETS SHUT DOWN EVERY MONTH.
