I see it as a sign the drama will continue as pointed out...by the following passage from the PR.

This tells me acting on the companies behalf, the PM governance office will stick it's head in, and get some kind of ruling preventing the funds from being dispersed (plundered), which in turn infuriates Perez and the trouble resumes.
