TET's DEBT: DUVERNAY or MONTNEY (Kaybob) asset sale....?

I think TET will have to sell some of its producing Duvernay or Montney assets to tame its onerous debt that reached $561 million in June 2016. This terrific article below from Seeking Alpha has a detailed relative valuation analysis with all the Montney Producers and all the Montney deals:

Among others, the author presents maps and a lot of unknown details about all the Montney deals and my guess is that TET can receive about $250 million if it sells its Kaybob Montney oil assets. We will see.
