EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

I believe it is a lot more complicated to sell Trogorza than initially thought, as you point out. But that is why Thera has 40 sales people. It is their job to convince the doctors that is it in the patients' best interest to be on Trogorza. And 1 patient/month/salesperson I don't think is good.
