They are in your country and here in Canada people like myself do not watch your American TV channels. No idea who Colbert is, nor do I care. The universe does not center around your country.
And we have the same problem here in Canada, believing we have the greatest healthcare system, the greatest transportation systems, etc. Instead of striving for better we think we are already there.
Meanwhile, my wife was in the ER twice last week and in 2 different hospitals treated in the hallway. Hallway medicine is alive an well under Premier Ford. But at least healthcare is "free" here. So free, that a year ago I had to fly my wife to Spain at a cost of $70K for a live saving surgery that the could not and would not perform here at Princess Margaret.
The difference in Mexico is that the people have an inferiority complex and so strive to do better. Build bettter and more hostpital, transit, etc. Try to stamp out corrupition, unlike Trudeau who believes Canada is corruption free already.
