EGRIFTA SV (tesamorelin for injection) is approved in the United States for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in people with HIV who have lipodystrophy.

Good news primarily in that it will allow commercialization and approval much quicker. One interesting piece of wording is that it is for ALL solid tumors expressing Sort1 so if this eventually splits into 4 or 5 types of cancer tumors they are ALL fasttracked. Likely also means TH1901 will be too when it is filed this year. Validates the crucial need and the innovative medicine they have.
