RE:PDFUAClearly, Zip Trader tourists to TH think we should have had a PR already today and still do not realize that whether we do or don't doesn't really matter a ton for the stock. Taimed is likely to receive the news from the FDA but they have a US office which is where the notification would likely be sent, so the time zone issue is probably not an issue here.
You notice that TH's stock has not been halted today like drug stocks can be when errally meaningful FDA decisions are imminent. That is probably because this is a not a really meaningful decision.
Also, since it is not critical to anyone's care that the FDA make this decision in a timely fashion and because the FDA is likely overburdened with more important work, the decision could easily be delayed.
Of course, no facts have any merit anyway when the retail tourists led by Zip Trader are dominating the trading. So, the stock may sell of today and then zoom higher tomorrow if the approval does actually come through after the close. And none of that makes any sense at allbut it will still likely happen.
