The PR does state that Trudeau did complete the Annual Review for the 2023 fiscal year....So the trigger would appear to be subsequent to that review,,,,, The last director you want to resign is the Chair Of the Audit Committee  I hope eveything is OK ,,,,

Maybe the IQ board candidate is of the Audit profile and will fill his shoes.  I would like Soleus to get a seat too with a US M&A baggage.  Would'nt a new Chair, I would like Luc Tanguay to come back on the board too.  He was a steady captain during storms.

I would like to know if the cancer rate among Th shareholders is higher than in the general population The stress we've been submitted to must have had a had a measurable incidence.  I can name about 3 relatives that became sick at inoportune times for their investments in Thera.  Just saying.
