Hi Bankstocks. I just 'liked' your comment on SA and snagged some content from you. Thanks for what you do. As far a counsel goes, stuff is in motion. RonJadler is being good about not disclosing what he can't in this forum. We'll have an update soon, but won't publish half-guesses. Anyone who thinks competent counsel can be retained on proper terms within hours of the decision to do so is unfamiliar with the process. We're looking out for more than ourselves, many people depending upon/contributing to this effort. We owe it to them to act quickly, but also with care. As we are doing. More to follow, as soon as we can. You've forced my hand and made me drop hints, which I did NOT want to do. But something more concrete will follow as soon as it exists.
