Lets be smart about selecting council.  Many of them offer the same services, and we can squeeze them and reduce their fees if we act in concert.  Also we really want a firm with Delware staff as well to address the Chapter 11 going on there too. You have to remember you have two issues going on here. One is the potential class action lawsuit adressing the misrepresentations made in the 3rd qtr financial filings and conference call, plus the sweetheart deal with M&P as a major shareholder. The second issue is that you want to intervene in the bidding process to make sure best value is received. The misrepresentation issue is a slam

Hi Bankstocks. I just 'liked' your comment on SA and snagged some content from you. Thanks for what you do. As far a counsel goes, stuff is in motion. RonJadler is being good about not disclosing what he can't in this forum. We'll have an update soon, but won't publish half-guesses. Anyone who thinks competent counsel can be retained on proper terms within hours of the decision
