RE:RE:RE:40F (Annual Report) filed todayI would not say they are "not cheap", as TKO normally does not buy in or near the money puts, but ones that are the cheapest possible that give them the greatest protection against a significant drop over the short term, for the least cost. A 3.95 put when cu was 4.10 would be much more expensive than a 3.75 put. And no requirement to sell at that price, just guarantees them 3.75 minus cost as a minimum for the 41m pounds.
