Some have recently asked about the cost of the new puts....I am going to say in the neighborhood of 4 million (USD) based on the previous put costs listed in the 40F.  Here is the link for those who are interested:

can't you just check the market and see what $3.75 puts have been selling for?  Or were these privately sold.

Not certain where they go to purchase but they're not cheap. Not much to move the our share price upwards until a certain news flash occurs.

I would not say they are "not cheap", as TKO normally does not buy in or near the money puts, but ones that are the cheapest possible that give them the greatest protection against a significant drop over the short term, for the least cost. A 3.95 put when cu was 4.10 would be much more expensive than a 3.75 put. And no requirement to sell at that price, just guarantees them 3.75 minus ...more

I had a quick peak, but since I do not trade such things, was not able to find it. Would need not current data, but what was available when they were bought. Better question is why could they not have included it in the NR?
