While we wait

We guess.
I am guessing great production q4.
Reasons.
1. Presentation said so.
2.Share price is rising.
3. There are a lot of people that know the truth.
4.It would be completeley scummy to do all thatv pomotion at the end of a q. when you already know the basuc results.

I am guessing 250 million for 25% of florence.
Reasons.
1.5.00 cad copper
2.1.50 cad c1
3. The world is begging 4 copper
4.Tko needs a 4.00 sp yo get the lead and keep it.

The market is saying otherwise.  Wonder how much water they had to pump out of that pit.  Anyone have a map of the Gibraltar mine.  I bet I can go to Google earth historical photos and figure it out.  Emptying a small lake, and pumping it all up in significant elevation can take a lot of time and money.  And what if that water goes solid?

Relax jc.....water doesnt freeze when its pumped.....only when the pump breaks down.... but save your self some time.... the market has been telling us what is up for about 2 weeks now..... what more do you need?... russ to rub your belly?

But that historical search sound like a good job for headly....

U can go to tko website and c the pits. the granite, pollyanna, gibralter are the big pits. The connector is in the middle. The smaller richer extention is on the norh west toward the bonanza discovery. I believe the bottom of the extention pit will vien over to bonaza. The pits are fairly level on top so if elevation was 1500 feet to top point it woupd only take 1500 psi to lift. Pipe friction ...more

OK. I just went on Google earth and checked it out.  As of September 30, the Pollyana pit had about 8 surface acres of water in it.  Judging from the slope of the sides, the depth is probably 100 feet or more in the middle and sloping up. For a rough idea.  The radius of the water body is about 285 feet.  The conservative depth is 100 feet (Its probably more).  Plug that ...more

This is my specialty... ok... so by your google .. its about 1000 acre ft of water.. so have to pump 6000 gpm for 3 months.. up to about 200 psi lift ( .4 psi / ft). So would need inline lift. Your looking at about 90k -120/ day..

Whooaaa... that really sucks. Cheers, N

Thanks for that detail jc. That is much smaller than my guess. 8 acres coned would b an average of 6 times 44 thousand feet times 100 for 250 million cubic feet times 6.4 gallons for 1.5 billion gallons. One thousand gallon per minutute pump would take 1.5 million minutes to pump or 30 thousand hrs. One pump gets that done in 6 month. Fuel 3 million. Labour. 1 million. Equip. 1 million ...more

Thats why I do not charge for my engineering. I think one pump gets it done in 3 years. So 10 million is close I think. nf

Ok snuffy.....lol

So they do not have to drain all of it in order to mine the pit?  I would assume over time, it will be a task just to keep up with rainfall and groundwater seeping in.

Those calcs were just 4 reference jc. They will st up multiple pumps to get the job done quick. I have to dewater my own mines. Water is a prob in most cad mines. It is kind of like waste stripping cost. Of course, tko can top strip the gib pit without dewatering. I think they r likely doing that with 3.70 copper cash. That derisks the next 20 years.  So the plan could b good. I am just ...more
