AFFO Payout ratio decreased from 106% to 94%


 Contractually leased and renewed approximately 153,300 square feet with a weighted average lease term of 5.5 years and a 3.8% increase over expiring base rents.

True but property space re-rented between 2H 2022 and dates in 2023 and 94% rate is real for qtr even if adjusted by fees. They also issued TM shares at $7.34 each and DRIP share payments at $7.09 in qtr (so 12e reveals). Also Unit options are curtailed but those outstanding are just about in the money for potential (~$3MM) cash influx. Better than I expected and with Drimmer at helm full time I ...more

100% agree @sclarda! Very stable, and yield could drop to 8% it would still be a solid investment. I got some more today at $6.13, looked like a good deal to me.

The entire market is waaay down. You still get a +9% dividend do make up for it, and in the $6.00 - $6.50 range for a long hold its an excellent entry point! :)
