Cumberland St OttawaA good buy I would say.  Lots of chatter about the Gov decreasing footprint, and it is the direction, the question is how much and when.

Let's just say the whole DND consolidation is not going swimmingly well, so really hard to say if/when they will consolidate on Moodie.

And it's not like they can just dump owned properties at leisure aither ... there are massive political processes around what constituencies GET new facilities/footprint ... the new conversation is going to be about who LOSES them.
